Preventing Websites from Auto-Localization

There are many non-native English-speaking users, including myself, who prefer reading and consuming online content in English. Sometimes, due to our geolocation, browsers automatically show the website content in the local or widely used language in the region (Russian for example).

I understand that you can easily switch between various language versions of a website. However, it gets annoying when you visit many websites due to your work or otherwise.

Is there a way to set up your browser (Chrome or Edge) so that it doesn’t automatically show the localized version of a website?
